Sales Team Leader – Call Center

Driven by a commitment to quality, excellence, and innovation, Konecta is dedicated to creating value for its clients while making a positive contribution to society.In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Agents, ensuring strong performance, high-quality customer interactions, and the achievement of business and sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Agents.Monitor individual and team performance against sales and operational targets.Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support.Identify development opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and business guidelines.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing business results.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.Act as a point of contact between the team and management.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role, preferably within a sales or call center environment.Native/Bilingual Portuguese Advanced English – C1 level.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong sales mindset and focus on achieving targets.Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret KPIs.Proactive, organized, and results-driven.Ability to motivate and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.Working ConditionsSchedule: Monday to Friday, within a weekly schedule between 8:00 and 19:00.Location: Sete Rios, LisbonCompensation: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Ready to lead and make an impact?Join us and be part of our team! 🚀
