We are Hiring: Sales Team Leader – Education Sectorfor an international company in the education field located in Alexandria.📍 Alexandria, Egypt – Onsite🕒 Full-Time📅 Working Days: Saturday to Thursday⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM</p>📝 What you’ll do:Lead a sales team, drive performance, implement strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure consistent achievement of targets while using CRM tools effectively.💼 Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance and report results to Management.
• Ensure effective CRM usage.🌟 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of sales experience (education/e-learning preferred)
• Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader role
• Strong CRM experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
