Graduate Sales Trainee | Training-to-Hire Program

Location: Jeddah, Riyadh, Eastern Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for ambitious fresh graduates to join our Graduate Sales Trainee Program.This is a full-time, structured Training-to-Hire Program designed to provide practical, on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to professional sales operations.

Participants who successfully complete the program and meet the required performance standards will have the opportunity to join Alkhorayef Commercial Company in a full-time Sales position.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.Learn the company's products, services, and sales processes.Support the sales team with daily operational activities.Assist in customer follow-up and relationship management.Prepare quotations, sales reports, and business documentation.Maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems.Participate in customer meetings and field visits when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.Complete assigned tasks and projects while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.RequirementsFresh graduates (High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree) with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Agricultural, Industrial, Technical, Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields are welcome to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.English Language.Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Able to commit to a full-time training program throughout its duration.What You'll GainMonthly trainee allowance.Structured on-the-job training.Hands-on experience in sales operations and customer engagement.Professional coaching and mentorship.Development of technical, commercial, and professional skills.Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.
