Sales Trainer

Position statement:1.Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements2.Determine course content according to objectives3.Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)4.Execute online training sessions in groups or individually5.Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base6.Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.7.Observe and evaluate results of training programs8.Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvementsJob requirements:1.Proven experience as technical trainer2.EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required3.Experience in designing technical courses4.Outstanding English communication skills5.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities6.Degree in a technical field is a plus7.Priority would be given to personnel who were previously a Certified Technical Trainer.
