Sales Trainer | Reef Group.We're Hiring: Sales TrainerLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaType: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and engaging Sales Trainer to support the development of our sales teams through a combination of classroom or online training and practical in-store coaching.The role will include theoretical training sessions as well as hands-on training within branches to ensure employees can effectively apply sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards in real working environments.The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify information and deliver it in an engaging and practical way.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver theoretical and practical sales training programs.Conduct classroom sessions covering sales techniques, customer engagement, product knowledge, and service standards.Provide practical coaching and on-the-job training inside retail branches.Observe sales employees during customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.Support new employees during their onboarding and initial training period.Identify training gaps and recommend development actions.Ensure employees understand and apply the required sales standards and customer experience practices.Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.Coordinate training schedules with branch management and relevant departments.Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress after training.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Sales Training, or a related field.Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is highly preferred.Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to explain information clearly and engage different types of learners.Comfortable delivering both classroom and in-store practical training.Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.Ability to work across different branches in Jeddah when required.Strong Arabic communication skills; English is an advantage.Why Join Us?This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with sales teams, developing people, and seeing the immediate impact of training on customer experience and sales performance.You will have the opportunity to combine training, coaching, and real in-store experience to help build stronger and more confident sales teams.
