Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective sales training programs for new hires and continuous development for existing sales staff including sales assistants, van salesmen, merchandisers, sales supervisors etc.Create tailored training materials such as presentations, workshops, role-playing exercises, and product demonstrations, focusing on sales techniques and product knowledge.Foster a customer-centric mindset by demonstrating the importance of delivering exceptional service at all sales touchpoints.Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure that all team members are up to date on product features, and market trends.Collaborate with training manager and sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.Track the performance of sales team before and after training programs to assess impact on sales results and overall performance.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales training role, within the Food manufacturing/ FMCG or retail sector.Knowledge on sales processes, customer engagement techniques, and industry-specific trends.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Language skills: Malayalam, Hindi, English, Arabic language skill is a plus
