Unit Leader – Sales & Team Management Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for leadership, team development, and achieving results?We are looking for a motivated Unit Leader to join our team at Fidelity Insurance and lead the growth of a team of Insurance Advisors.Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.- Set clear objectives and support the team in achieving sales targets.- Conduct joint field meetings and coach team members to improve their performance.- Build strong client relationships and help identify suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions.- Monitor team activities, track performance, and drive continuous growth.Requirements- At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience.- Previous sales experience is required.- Proven experience managing a team of at least 4 people.- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about developing people.No prior insurance experience is required.
