They're investing in the platform, how it's used and what it can deliver – and they need someone who can help drive that forward.You'll become one of the key Salesforce experts within the business, combining hands-on administration and configuration with process improvement, automation and stakeholder engagement.If you want ownership rather than just another Salesforce support role, then this is definitely worth speaking to us about.What you'll be doing:You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day health, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment, including:Building and improving Salesforce Flows and automationConfiguring custom objects, Lightning pages, record types and validation rulesManaging users, permissions, security and accessCreating meaningful reports and dashboardsTroubleshooting issues and supporting Salesforce usersWorking directly with stakeholders to understand problems and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutionsSupporting testing, releases and change managementReviewing Salesforce seasonal releases and identifying functionality worth adoptingProactively identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve how the business operatesCrucially, they don't just want someone to maintain Salesforce.They want someone who will continually ask:"How can we make this better?"What we're looking for:You'll already have solid commercial experience administering Salesforce within a live business environment and be comfortable taking ownership of a platform.You'll ideally bring:Strong hands-on Salesforce Administration experienceExcellent knowledge of Flows and automationSalesforce Lightning experienceReports & DashboardsValidation RulesUser, Permission Set and security managementExperience of release management and change controlStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe confidence to work autonomously and challenge existing processes where something can be improvedExposure to Apex, Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign or Marketing Cloud would be useful, but isn't essential.Experience within a complex, regulated or high-volume environment would also be advantageous.Why this role?Because you'll have the opportunity to genuinely own and influence Salesforce, rather than simply administer somebody else's roadmap.You'll be joining an established organisation with significant investment in technology, working alongside experienced technology professionals while having direct exposure to stakeholders across the business.You'll have the freedom to identify improvements, introduce better ways of working and help shape where the Salesforce platform goes next.Up to £63,000 + bonus + excellent benefits.The role is based in Chester, with three days per week onsite – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.If you're an experienced Salesforce Administrator who wants more ownership, more influence and the opportunity to make a visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or speak to us for a confidential conversation, but you won't want to miss this one.
