Salesforce Analyst & AdministratorA fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to join an established technology company that delivers secure software solutions to a global customer base. This role will see you take ownership of the Salesforce platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes, improve automation, and ensure the CRM environment continues to support both current and future business needs. You will play a key role in platform strategy, administration, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.Location: Leicestershire - public transport options from Leicester, Market Harborough and Rugby, but easier if you drive (Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefitsRequirements for Salesforce Analyst & Administrator:Strong commercial experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Analyst rolesSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect certifications, or similarStrong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience CloudExperience with Salesforce automation tools, workflows, data modelling and integrationsExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong understanding of security models, user permissions and data management within SalesforceExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience creating reports, dashboards and business insights from Salesforce dataExcellent documentation and organisational skillsDegree educated in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline is beneficialResponsibilities for Salesforce Analyst & Administrator:Administer, maintain and continuously improve the Salesforce platformDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirementsManage user accounts, permissions, profiles and security settingsConfigure fields, objects, page layouts and workflows to support business processesDevelop and enhance automation using Salesforce tools and best practice methodologiesSupport integration activities between Salesforce and other business systemsEstablish and maintain governance, change management and release management processesCreate and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholdersManage data quality, imports, audits and ongoing system maintenanceProvide user support, troubleshooting and training across the organisationMaintain comprehensive technical and functional documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencyWhat the role offers:The opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce environmentA varied role combining platform administration, optimisation, automation and stakeholder engagementHybrid working and the chance to join a collaborative, technology-focused organisationApplications:If you would like to apply for this unique Salesforce opportunity, then please send your CV via the relevant links!We’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
