Salesforce Architect

We're looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer / Architect to help design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across the business.The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and confident working closely with product, business, and development teams to shape solutions that are well-built, future-proof, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud focus)Lead technical delivery and drive best practices across Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrationsCollaborate with admins, product managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable solutionsSupport CI/CD processes (GitHub, Jenkins) and maintain development standardsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team membersEnsure integration and data flows with third-party platforms (e.g. Zuora, Adobe, external APIs)Required Skills5+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integration skillsExperience designing scalable architecture and optimising performanceStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, permissions, and platform limitationsFamiliarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub and Jenkins)Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience with Zuora or other subscription billing platformsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Architect certifications)Experience working within Agile delivery teamsBroader technology stack awareness (.NET, PHP) is beneficial but not essential
