Salesforce Business Analyst

ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and testing teams.Facilitate workshops to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.Support Salesforce solution design, testing, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation.Manage and prioritise the product backlog in an Agile environment.Coordinate requirements related to integrations, data migration, reporting, and system enhancements.Prepare user documentation and support training and change-adoption activities.Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and data-quality standards.Required Skills & Experience3–6 years of Business Analyst experience, including Salesforce project delivery.Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or related modules.Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and stakeholder management.Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.Understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, data mapping, and migration.Experience supporting UAT, testing, defect management, and production releases.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Financial services or regulated-industry experience is advantageous.Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is preferred.Ikas International (Asia) Pte Ltd“Sanderson-iKas” is the brand name for iKas International (Asia) Pte LtdEA License No: 16S8086 | EA Registration No. R1988468We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified /contacted.
