Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – Field Service TransformationLength - 12-month contract, mid September startDay Rate - £550 a day Outside IR35 Location - Hybrid - Travel to Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham is requiredI'm looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Salesforce transformation within a large UK infrastructure organisation.You'll be joining client-side as they replace their existing Works Management System with Salesforce Field Service, transforming how work is planned, scheduled and delivered across a large field-based operation.What we're looking for:Worked on end-to-end Salesforce implementations (in Field Service)Strong Salesforce Field Service / FSL experienceDiscovery, requirements and process transformationField service, workforce management or operational transformation experienceComplex systems integration exposureConfidence challenging stakeholders and implementation partnersUtilities/infrastructure experience.This isn't a BA role for someone who simply documents requirements.
