Business Analyst – Salesforce Partner | Up to £75,000 | Fully RemoteMason Frank are currently working with a growing Salesforce partner who are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their team.Our client is currently delivering a range of enterprise projects, with a healthy pipeline of new work already in motion.Salary up to £75,000Fully remoteRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between clients and the technical delivery team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.You'll run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client processes, pain points, and objectives.You'll be responsible for producing key documentation, including BRDs, process maps, and acceptance criteria.Working closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA, you'll support solution design and ensure it aligns with client requirements.You'll play a key role in change management and client enablement, helping end users adopt new processes and platformsSkills & Qualifications4+ years' Business Analyst experienceCross-cloud Salesforce experienceTrack record working within a Salesforce consulting environmentSalesforce certified (nice to have)If this role sounds of interest, please don't hesitate to reach out: H.Crane@masonfrank.com
