Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: UK (Fully Remote)Role Type: PermanentSalary: Up to £65,000 plus extensive benefitsOverview:We are supporting a growing Salesforce-focused consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join their collaborative delivery team. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.You will play a key role across the full lifecycle of improvement projects, from gathering and managing requirements through to solution design, testing and implementation. The role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of how businesses operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with clients and technical teams to deliver meaningful change.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyse and manage requirements from clients, end users and wider business stakeholders.Lead workshops and discussions to understand business processes, pain points and strategic objectives.Work closely with clients and technical teams to design and configure Salesforce solutions that address business requirements.Apply Lean and Project Management methodologies to deliver improvement projects and achieve targeted business benefits.Analyse existing business and technology processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Translate functional requirements into clear documentation for development and testing teams.Support the full testing lifecycle, including defining testing parameters, documenting findings and producing test reports.Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify required Salesforce patches, upgrades and improvements.Provide guidance and education to end users on Salesforce functionality and new solutions.Maintain clear documentation across requirements, testing activity, processes and project outputs.Essential Skills and Experience:5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst.Proven experience working with Salesforce, ideally within a consultancy, partner or client-facing environment.Strong requirements gathering, analysis and management experience.Experience with business process analysis, process mapping and identifying opportunities for process improvement.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.Experience supporting UAT, testing and the documentation of test results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.Experience working with reporting tools and troubleshooting issues.A structured and organised approach to documentation and requirements management.Salesforce certifications and previous consultancy experience would be advantageous.Benefits include:Fully remote and flexible working25 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysVolunteer daysPrivate health insurancePensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeRegular social events and off-site company eventsIf you have strong Business Analysis experience combined with Salesforce exposure, and the role looks like a suitable fit, then please respond to this advert with an updated version of your CV, or feel free to contact me using the information available on my profile.Please note: All applicants must have full rights to work in the UK without any current or future requirement for sponsorship.Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: UK (Fully Remote)Role Type: PermanentSalary: Up to £65,000 plus extensive benefits
