The company is located in the Central region near the light rail line and operates on a flexible hybrid work model with one day working from home.Role Description-Serving as a Senior Salesforce Systems & Business Analyst, acting as the vital bridge between business stakeholders, operational units, and technology delivery teams.Leading end-to-end business requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and translating complex financial business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and Agile User Stories.Designing and architecting advanced functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging out-of-the-box best practices and low-code automations.Leading Salesforce implementations from initial concept through Go-Live, including sprint planning (Agile/Scrum), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and organizational change management.Architecting data models, entity relationships (ERD), and configuring comprehensive Salesforce security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).Building and troubleshooting advanced automations using Salesforce Flow Builder, while overseeing data migration, data integrity, and data cleansing workflows.Requirements-Proven hands-on industry experience as a Salesforce System / Business Analyst (3+ years) in stakeholder-facing roles – MandatoryDeep functional expertise and practical mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud – MandatoryStrong proficiency in Data Modeling / ERD architecture and deep knowledge of Salesforce Security & Data Sharing Architecture (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules) – MandatoryDemonstrated hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automations using Salesforce Flow Builder – MandatorySolid background in Data Migration and Data Cleansing processes and tools – MandatoryPractical mastery in leading and executing within Agile / Scrum frameworks End-to-End – MandatoryBachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline – MandatoryStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills in Hebrew and English – MandatoryExperience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Investment sector (or Financial Services Cloud - FSC) – Significant AdvantageOfficial Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder) – Advantage
