Salesforce Business AnalystLocation - DubaiSalary - 35000 Dhms plus benefits Industry - Forex ,Trading / Forex / CFD / financial services exp is mustWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to play a critical role in ourCRM transformation program, migrating from a legacy CRM to Salesforce CRM. Thesuccessful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders andtechnical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with the specific needs of atrading business. This role requires strong experience in requirement gathering,documentation, and Salesforce process design, as well as knowledge of tradingoperations, client onboarding, partner hierarchies, and regulatory/compliance workflows.Major Mandatory Requirements3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience, preferably in trading / Forex / CFD / financial services.Mandatory experience in CRM migration/transformation projects, particularly migration from a legacy CRM to Salesforce.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Core Clouds, process/workflow design, and business requirements analysis.Strong understanding of trading business workflows, especially client onboarding, partner management/hierarchies, compliance, and regulatory processes.Proven ability to create BRDs/requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and conduct stakeholder workshops.Hands-on experience with testing, UAT, integration testing, Agile/Scrum, and working closely with Salesforce Product Owners, Architects and Developers.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.AI capability is mandatory: effective prompting with Claude/AI tools and experience using AI for test-case generation, optimisation, edge-case identification and UAT preparation.Preferred: Salesforce Admin/BA certification, data migration/large datasets, and knowledge of Agentforce, Einstein Copilot and AI-powered Salesforce automation.
