Salesforce Business Analyst

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to deliveryDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesCollaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teamsOversee Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancementsManage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactivelyEnsure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologiesMonitor project progress and provide regular status updatesDrive user adoption and support change management initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in project management with Salesforce projectsStrong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
