Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Lead with strong experience managing end-to-end Salesforce projects, stakeholder requirements, Agile delivery, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce projects from planning through implementation and hypercare.Gather requirements and work with Sales Ops, Customer Success, Finance, Admins, Developers, and Architects.Manage Agile ceremonies, project plans, risks, issues, change requests, and releases.Support production defect triage, enhancements, and release management.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.Experience with SaaS/recurring revenue processes, including amendments, upsells, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and co-terming.
