Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales / Commerce) Location: Irvine, CA (4 days onsite weekly) Employment Type: Direct-hire Compensation: $190,000 (based on experience) plus annual bonus.Looking to make a direct impact on business-critical Salesforce platforms?

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and IT teams to drive enhancements, support operations, and optimize Salesforce-powered business processes. .This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting revenue-generating applications.What You'll DoSupport, analyze, and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance-related platformsGather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configurations, and technical solutionsServe as a key point of contact for platform support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimizationPartner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiencyDocument requirements, configurations, process flows, and technical solutionsLead and participate in UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and release activitiesSupport end-user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system supportCollaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutionsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT application experience5+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce environmentsStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and supportExperience with application lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar technologiesAbility to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutionsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environmentsSalesforce certifications are highly valuedWhy This Opportunity?This is a highly visible role supporting mission-critical Salesforce applications that drive sales, commerce, compliance, and business operations.
