More than technology, we build close relationships and deliver real-impact projects.What will you do?Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.Gather and document functional requirements, effectively translating business needs into clear and concise specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams to design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.Write user stories, test cases (SIT, UAT), and acceptance criteria, while participating in and facilitating relevant Agile ceremonies.Provide guidance and support to users, addressing questions and issues related to Salesforce functionality and processes.What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and configurations.Mandatory Salesforce Administrator certification and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, workflows, process builder, reports, and dashboards.Strong experience in Agile delivery and proficiency with the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Zephyr).Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.Fluent English is essential for effective collaboration within a global and distributed team.Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.What can we offer?
