Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Design and configure scalable solutions across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, approval processes, security settings, reports, and dashboards.Partner with architects and developers to ensure business requirements are effectively implemented and aligned with Salesforce best practices.Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Support data migration, system integrations, release management, and production deployment activities.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive continuous platform optimization.Work within Agile/Scrum teams and ensure high-quality delivery through collaboration, testing, and governance
