Job Title: Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst & Test Lead

Location: Waukegan, IL | Hybrid Job Description:We are seeking an onsite Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team.

The resource will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team. Responsibilities include requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end business process validation, Salesforce/PROS CPQ/Conga CLM integration coordination, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, business readiness support, and ensuring business requirements are successfully delivered through the implementation lifecycle. This is a e functional leadership and testing governance role rather than a hands-on development or configuration role.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.Experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs.Experience working with System Integrators.Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent problem-solving, communication
