Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex development, Prompt Templates, and Salesforce platform customization. The candidate should also have prior experience using GitHub for source code management, version control, and component deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.Build scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.Develop custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.Create and maintain Prompt Templates to support AI-powered Salesforce solutions.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Use GitHub for source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and component commits.Support CI/CD deployment processes and release management activities.Required SkillsStrong hands-on expertise in:Lightning Web Components (LWC)Aura ComponentsApex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable ApexSalesforce APIs and IntegrationsPrompt Templates and Salesforce AI capabilitiesExperience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data model.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Nice to Have:Experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI use cases within Salesforce.Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
