The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, application maintenance, support, customization, and troubleshooting within the IQVIA OCE AMS environment..Primary Skills/RequirementsHands-on experience with IQVIA OCE (OCE-P preferred) — configuration, customisation, and supportStrong Salesforce development fundamentals — Apex, LWC, SOQL, integration patternsExperience supporting or maintaining CRM integrations in a pharma/life sciences environmentAbility to independently diagnose and resolve production issues with minimal handholdingPrior AMS or L2/L3 support experience — not a first-time support roleMonitor and maintain existing IQVIA OCE CRM integrations to ensure they are running correctlyTroubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise — break-fix, root cause analysis, ticket resolutionMake code-level changes where required (Apex, configuration) for bug fixes and enhancementsHandle minor enhancements and change requests within the OCE environmentLimited new development work may come up — not the primary focusWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
