Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Bengaluru Experience: 3 to 5Years Work Mode: HybridJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring the team and collaborating with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and solution design.Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce.Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.Ensure best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.Handle data migration and system integrations.Build and configure Agentforce AI agents, actions, and automations.Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications.Required Skills:Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch & Async processing.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.Mandatory knowledge on Agentforce.Integration experience with third-party systems.Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules.Experience in Git, Copado, or other DevOps tools.Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong Salesforce development experience.Good understanding of Salesforce security and data models.Preferred:Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.Experience in multi-org architecture.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.How to Apply:Please send your updated CV to HR@futurepulse.aiApplication - Salesforce Developer
