The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, automation, and Salesforce data models.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while leveraging Agentforce and AI capabilities to build intelligent, automated, and business-focused solutions.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce DevelopmentDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.Implement Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flows, approval processes, and security settings.Develop reusable and maintainable Salesforce components following platform best practices.Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.Agentforce & AIDesign, configure, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions to support intelligent customer and business workflows.Build and configure AI-powered agents, topics, actions, and instructions based on business use cases.Integrate Agentforce with existing Salesforce objects, Flows, Apex, and external systems.Work with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, prompt-based solutions, grounding, and automation.Identify opportunities to leverage Agentforce to improve customer experience, productivity, and business process automation.Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce implementations to ensure accuracy, reliability, security, and scalability.Salesforce IntegrationDevelop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration mechanisms.Work with middleware and integration platforms where required.Design secure and scalable data exchange mechanisms between Salesforce and external systems.Handle data migration, transformation, and synchronization activities.Deployment & QualityUse Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools for managing Salesforce releases.Follow Salesforce development and deployment best practices.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.Qualifications6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Salesforce Agentforce certification is mandatory.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, security, and data models.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.Good understanding of Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities.Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or related certifications are a plus.You would enjoyOpportunity to work on impactful Salesforce, Agentforce, and AI-driven projects with global reach.Opportunity to work on emerging Agentic AI and Salesforce AI technologies.Vast opportunities for self-development, including online university access and knowledge-sharing opportunities.Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons to foster innovation and learning.Generous benefits packages including health insurance, retirement benefits, flexible work hours, and more.Supportive work environment with forums to explore passions beyond work.
