Job Title: Salesforce Technical ConsultantCustomer Experience TransformationIntroduction:KPMG is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesforce professionals for its growing Customer Experience Transformation practice.We are a client-facing consulting and implementation organization helping enterprises transform customer engagement, sales, service and marketing using Salesforce and adjacent technologies. While production support, enhancements and run operations may form a small part of selected engagements, our primary focus is on greenfield and enterprise-scale transformation programs for leading organizations.Our projects frequently span multiple Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI-enabled customer engagement. This breadth gives consultants exposure to diverse business problems, industries and modern technologies within a relatively short period, enabling accelerated learning, stronger client-facing experience and rapid professional growth.Project DeliveryCollaborate closely with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Consultants to design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business value while adhering to industry best practices and engineering standards.Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities of the platform.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Flow Orchestration, and enterprise integrations.Ensure delivery of high-quality, reusable, maintainable, and thoroughly tested solutions in alignment with established coding standards.Leverage AI-enabled development tools and practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance efficiency, code quality, and delivery excellence.Contribute within Agile and DevOps-driven environments, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, version control systems, and release management processes to support continuous delivery.Innovation & Practice ContributionContribute to reusable assets and accelerators that improve delivery productivity and customer outcomes.Explore emerging Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce AI, Flow and low-code automation.Build expertise through continuous learning, certifications, knowledge sharing and mentoring.Support solutioning, estimates, demonstrations and client discussions during pre-sales.Desired Technical Experience3-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Experience across at least two Salesforce solution areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Data Cloud.Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, security and data models.Experience implementing Flow-based automation solutions.Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce AI or adjacent AI capabilities is preferred.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.Experience creating reusable components, accelerators or innovative solutions that improve delivery quality and efficiency is desirable.Essential Skills to SucceedStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-driven, accountable and collaborative working style.Passion for continuous learning, AI, automation and emerging technologies.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Certifications (Any 3)Core Salesforce CertificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD I)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD II)Salesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Marketing Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectAI & Data Cloud CertificationsSalesforce Certified AI AssociateSalesforce Certified AI SpecialistSalesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
