You'll have the opportunity to work on a genuinely greenfield platform, shaping the architecture, patterns and standards as it grows.The Company:This global Fintech business is transforming how businesses and financial institutions move money internationally. Operating across FX, payments and banking infrastructure, they are building a high-volume platform where reliability, scalability and correctness are critical.The engineering environment is fast-paced and highly autonomous, with short paths between making a decision and getting it into production. Engineers are trusted to take ownership of the problems they are solving, work closely with the business and deliver solutions that have a direct impact on how the company operates.The Role:You'll be a hands-on Salesforce Engineer, designing, building and shipping custom solutions across a modern, greenfield Salesforce environment. A big part of the role will be building Lightning Web Components and API integrations, alongside Apex, Flow and Salesforce data modelling. You'll own your work from refinement and design through to testing, deployment and production, with genuine input into how the platform is built as it scales.You'll work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to understand the problem behind a requirement and turn it into a robust, scalable solution. They're looking for someone who brings curiosity and urgency — someone who asks questions, challenges the obvious solution and takes responsibility for getting things finished and into production.You'll also contribute to code reviews, testing standards, architecture and the continued evolution of the Salesforce codebase.
