Salesforce Developer We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise across the Salesforce platform, with deep knowledge of Apex development, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform customization. This role requires a developer who can independently design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities.Build and enhance complex business processes using Salesforce Flows, including Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Auto-launched Flows.Develop robust and scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Jobs.Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms.Optimize application performance while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution and support.Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in:Apex ProgrammingSalesforce FlowsLightning Web Components (LWC)SOQL/SOSLTriggers and Trigger FrameworksSalesforce Security ModelAsynchronous ProcessingIntegration DevelopmentExperience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing mechanisms, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security best practices.Experience with source control tools such as Git and Agile development methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I (required/preferred).Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate is a hands-on Salesforce developer with strong coding skills and extensive expertise in both Apex and Flows.
