Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a Mid Salesforce Developer who is more than a Salesforce specialist, someone who is curious, technically grounded, and excited to grow beyond a single technology stack.You'll join a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where ownership matters, pair programming is the norm, and initiative is valued over waiting for direction.

Technical Skills

Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, ideally in Service Cloud; experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI), or Data Cloud is also welcomeStrong Apex development skills, including classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSLExperience building Lightning Components with LWC and/or AuraHands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrationsStrong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Validation Rules, and automationAbility to create technical documentation such as UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specificationsExperience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixingFamiliarity with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelinesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)Good to Have:Omni-Channel Routing and PrioritisationSecurity and Access Model, Data Access, and VisibilityWork model: 2 days per week in the office (lisbon) and 3 days at home.
