We build software around that handoff, bringing AI, customer data, and daily operations together.We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who can help bring this approach into Salesforce and build the APIs behind it. You’ll have a say in how CRM data is structured, how information moves between systems, and how a customer request becomes work a team can actually complete.What you’ll work onBuild Salesforce features and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.Design and create our own APIs for customer data and operational workflows. You’ll own more than the connection to an existing API.Connect Salesforce with AI voice agents and other business systems, with careful attention to authentication, data quality, and failures.Turn call outcomes and customer requests into useful CRM records, routing, and follow-up actions.Write maintainable code, test your work, and collaborate through GitHub pull requests and code reviews.What we’re looking for, in order of importanceStrong Salesforce development skills. You can build with Apex, LWC, and Flow and make sound decisions about CRM data and permissions.Experience creating APIs. You’ve designed and built APIs yourself, including their contracts, authentication, validation, and error handling.A practical understanding of CRM workflows. You can learn how a business handles a request and turn that process into software people will use.Reliable engineering habits. You think about security, testing, and what happens when an integration fails or data is incomplete.Comfort with GitHub. Branches, pull requests, code reviews, and clear documentation are part of how you work.Interest in AI and ownership. You’re curious about how voice agents can support real operations and you follow your work through after it ships.
