🚨 Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer 🚨📍 Location: Pune (Local or Nearby places)💼 Experience: 5–8 Years🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Client Office📑 Employment Type: Full-Time🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integrations, Declarative Salesforce Capabilities, and CI/CD.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, QA teams, and development teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.Build modern Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and other declarative tools.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Participate in data migration, deployment, and release management activities.Write unit tests and ensure development follows Salesforce coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.🛠️ Required Skills5–8 years of Salesforce Development experience.Strong hands-on experience with:ApexTriggersLightning Web Components (LWC)SOQL / SOSLAsynchronous ApexSalesforce FlowsREST / SOAP APIsGood understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security & Sharing Model, including:ProfilesPermission SetsRolesSharing RulesCRUD/FLSExperience with Salesforce deployments and version control using Git, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps Center.Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Platform Architecture.Experience writing Apex Test Classes and maintaining good code coverage.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at:hr@runmapglobal.com
