Role Description The role owns everything from Quote onward, the Quote-to-Cash processes in Salesforce and the integrations that connect Salesforce to internal and external systems (the customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing/ERP, and related interfaces).RevOps owns the business processes from Lead to Quote. This role is the engineering counterpart and owns Quote-to-Cash in full, that ownership sits with this role and cannot be run from RevOps. It keeps the integrations reliable, develops them further as the business grows, and implements changes to Salesforce processes cleanly and safely on a live, revenue-critical system. Strong Salesforce expertise is the central requirement.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Salesforce Engineering (Quote-to-Cash)
• Build and maintain Salesforce processes from Quote through to Cash
• Work full-stack on the platform: declarative (data model, Flows, validation, security model) andprogrammatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
• Implement changes safely on a production system used by Go-to-Market every day
• Integrations & System Interfaces
• Maintain and further develop the integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems(customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing/ERP, and others)
• Design and operate integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and standard integrationpatterns
• Own the health of these interfaces: monitoring, error handling, and data consistency
• Collaboration with Go-to-Market / RevOps
• Partner with RevOps and GTM to translate business needs into robust technical implementations
• Challenge requirements where they create risk or technical debt
• Coordinate handoffs at the Lead-to-Quote / Quote-to-Cash boundary
• Reliability, Security & Change Safety
• Protect a revenue-critical system: change control, testing, backup/rollback awareness
• With spare capacity, support tech-heavy Lead-to-Quote topics in Salesforce (optional; primaryownership of Lead-to-Quote stays with RevOps)Qualifications
• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, working full-stack (declarative configuration plus Apex /Lightning Web Components)
• Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations and APIs to internal and externalsystems
• Experience operating on live, revenue-critical systems
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I
• Fluent English (written and spoken)A BIG PLUS
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer II
• Quote-to-Cash / CPQ / billing / license-management experience
• Experience integrating HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing stacksBENEFITS
