Location: Dublin (Hybrid)The OpportunityMason Frank is supporting a leading financial services organisation in their search for a Salesforce Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for one of the business's most critical customer-facing platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys combining platform engineering, development and operational excellence.

You'll play a key role in delivering enhancements, maintaining platform stability, and driving automation across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.Working alongside engineering, security and operations teams, you'll help shape the future of the platform while ensuring it remains secure, scalable and highly available.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, implement and maintain Salesforce solutions across multiple environments and sandboxes.Develop and deploy Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Salesforce metadata frameworks.Manage and optimise deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Support platform reliability through proactive monitoring, incident investigation and root cause analysis.Produce and maintain technical documentation covering platform configuration, integrations and deployment processes.Collaborate with engineering, security and business stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements.Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce development lifecycle.What We're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with Salesforce professionals who bring a strong blend of development, platform administration and engineering expertise.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience working within Salesforce environments at enterprise scale.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Salesforce APIs.Exposure to SaaS and/or PaaS platforms.Experience with CI/CD, DevOps processes and Infrastructure as Code.Understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices.Familiarity with observability, monitoring and platform health tooling.Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS and XML.Interest in AI-enabled development and operational tools.Desirable ExperienceKubernetes and container technologies.Financial services or other highly regulated environments.Complex Salesforce integration projects.Multi-cloud Salesforce environments.CertificationsEssential:Salesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform Developer IIWhat's on Offer?Opportunity to work on a strategic, enterprise-wide Salesforce platform.Modern engineering environment with a strong focus on automation and innovation.Hybrid working model offering flexibility and collaboration.Ongoing investment in learning, development and Salesforce certifications.Competitive salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits package.About the TeamYou'll join a collaborative Salesforce engineering team responsible for delivering a secure, scalable and resilient platform that supports critical business operations and customer engagement.
