Seeking a candidate with solid experience in Health Cloud.Note : We are currently looking for immediate joiners who can start immediately. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configurationImplement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge)Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platformTranslate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planningConduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentationProvide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolutionPartner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readinessMentor mid-level developers within the offshore podRequired Qualifications6-9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementationsStrong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events)Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferredWorking knowledge of healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, and HIPAA-aware data handlingIntegration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft) in a multi-system healthcare environmentPrior experience delivering in an offshore capacity model supporting a U.S.-based healthcare or public-sector clientStrong verbal and written English communication skills;Preferred QualificationsHealth Cloud Accredited Professional and/or Service Cloud Consultant certificationExperience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or other government health plan/payer systemsFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7)Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
