Today, we are +7500 engineers across over 30 countries in the world.With expertise in many industrial and tertiary sectors, we support our international clients in the intelligent deployment of their products and services, and in the implementation of their digital transformation.Astek Vietnam is established in 2022 to increase group’s capability to support our clients’ operation around the globe, leveraging Vietnam talented engineers.More information about our group: https://astekgroup.fr/REQUIREMENTSAbout the role:Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on coding experience to design, build and maintain high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.This role focuses on custom Flow screen components, invocable Flow actions, Apex and Lightning Web Components, delivered through modern SFDX source-driven development. You will work closely with product and delivery colleagues, so clear written and verbal communication is essential.Key responsibilities:Design and build custom Flow screen components using Lightning Web Components, including configurable inputs and outputs for admins.Develop invocable Apex actions that extend Flow capabilities and integrate cleanly with declarative automation.Write well-structured Apex classes, triggers (using a trigger framework and bulkification best practice) and batch classes for large data volumes.Build user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).Write thorough Apex test classes and Jest tests, meeting and exceeding platform code coverage requirements with meaningful assertions.Use SFDX and the Salesforce CLI for source-driven development, scratch orgs, deployments and version control.Review code, mentor other developers and contribute to development standards.Analyse requirements critically, challenge assumptions and propose the most appropriate technical approach.Skills and experience required:At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce coding experience.Proven experience developing custom Flow screen components and Flow actions.Strong Apex skills: classes, triggers, batch classes, governor limits and asynchronous processing.Strong test class development, including test data factories, mocking and negative testing.Solid JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills, with experience building Lightning Web Components.Working knowledge of SLDS and accessible, consistent UI design.Confident use of SFDX, the Salesforce CLI and Git-based workflows.Personal attributes:Excellent written and verbal English, with strong comprehension of detailed requirements and technical documentation.Able to explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.A flexible approach, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements.A critical thinker who questions assumptions, identifies risks early and solves problems independently.High attention to detail and pride in clean, maintainable code.BENEFITSAttractive salary: Nego.
