Role overiewWe are looking for a careful and quality-minded Salesforce Developer to join our internal Salesforce team and contribute to the long-term stability, maintainability, and growth of our Salesforce platform. This role is suitable for someone who has strong hands-on development experience in Salesforce (especially with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud) and can work responsibly across implementation, debugging, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.The developer should also be able to understand requirements, implement sustainable solutions, execute test cases, validate actual system behavior, and take ownership of quality. We are looking for someone who is careful, detail-oriented, and able to identify potential risks before they become production issues.The candidate must be able to:Execute test cases carefully and accurately.Validate their own implementation before delivery.Understand expected results and compare them with actual system behavior.Identify unclear requirements or missing test conditions.Report issues clearly with evidence, steps to reproduce, actual result, and expected result.Work with QA to improve test coverage and prevent repeated defects.Maintain a careful and detail-oriented mindset when handling data, permissions, automation, and deployment.II. RequirementsAt least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong practical experience with: Apex, Apex Trigger, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Validation Rules, SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce data model, Permission and security modelExperience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud are strongly preferred.The candidate should have solid understanding of:Apex development best practicesBulkification and governor limit handlingSalesforce automation designLWC component structure and lifecycleSalesforce security model, including CRUD, FLS, sharing, and permission setsTest class design based on practical business scenariosDebugging and issue investigationGit and Salesforce CLIDeployment and environment managementNice to haveSalesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.Salesforce Administrator certification.Experience using AI tools to support development, debugging, test class generation, log analysis, or code refactoring is a plus.Thank you for your interest!
