Salesforce Engineer – Data, AI & Life Sciences

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Engineer to join our growing Data, AI and Salesforce practice.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the core Salesforce platform and an interest in developing expertise across Data 360, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud Next, Health Cloud and Salesforce Life Sciences solutions.This role will initially work closely with our Data and AI teams in our research and innovation lab to build PoCs, reusable accelerators and customer solutions. As our Salesforce practice grows, the individual will progressively take on customer-facing technical and delivery responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions on the core Salesforce platform using Apex, SOQL, Flow and Lightning/LWC.Build Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and event/API-based integration patterns.Work with our Data and AI teams to integrate Salesforce with platforms such as Snowflake.Develop hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce and Marketing Cloud Next.Build PoCs around HCP 360, Patient 360, customer engagement, analytics and AI.Develop expertise in Health Cloud and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.Build Agentforce/AI-enabled Salesforce use cases and reusable accelerators.Analyze data models, integrations, business processes and system dependencies.Create reusable Salesforce technical components, integration patterns and documentation.Support customer demos, technical discussions and future Salesforce implementations.Work toward relevant Salesforce certifications as the practice develops.Required Qualifications2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Flow and Salesforce platform development.Understanding of Salesforce objects, data models, security and permissions.Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.Good understanding of data and SQL.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently learn new Salesforce products and technologies.Strong communication skills and interest in eventually working directly with customers.PreferredExperience or exposure to Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, Python, AI/ML, healthcare or Life Sciences is a plus but not required.
