For more information visit - www.ltm.comSenior Salesforce Functional Consultant – Sales & Service CloudLTM is looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Salesforce experience to join a major transformation program.You’ll play a key role in helping shape and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to turn business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.This is a senior functional consulting role suited to someone who can confidently operate between business needs and Salesforce technology, with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead requirements from discovery through to delivery.What you’ll doEngage with business stakeholders across the environment to understand business needs, customer journeys and operational processesLead business analysis, requirements gathering and process discoveryTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flowsMap current and future-state processes and identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomesDevelop high-level Salesforce solution approaches across Sales Cloud and Service CloudWork with architects and technical teams to validate solutions and support story sizing and estimationManage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring requirements are well defined and ready for deliveryWork closely with Salesforce developers, architects, testers and delivery teams throughout the lifecycleProduce high-quality functional documentation, process maps and supporting solution documentationFacilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and make informed decisionsProvide functional leadership and guidance across Salesforce transformation initiativesWhat you’ll bring10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong functional consulting experienceSolid experience across Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience working within complex enterprise environments, ideally insurance or financial servicesStrong understanding of customer-facing processes and service journeysProven experience with user stories, story mapping, backlog management and process mappingAbility to translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutionsExperience working with technical teams on solution sizing, estimation and deliveryStrong Agile delivery experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with both senior business stakeholders and technical teamsWhy LTM?At LTM, you’ll be part of a global technology organisation delivering cloud, data, AI and digital transformation solutions for leading enterprises.You’ll have the opportunity to work on a significant Salesforce transformation within the insurance sector, helping shape solutions that improve both customer experience and business operations.If you’re an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant looking for an opportunity to make an impact on a major enterprise transformation, we’d like to hear from you.LTM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
