IT Business Consultant – SalesforceContract role - Immediate StartContact: daniel.sherwood@forsythbarnes.comWe're looking for an experienced Salesforce IT Business Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme. This is a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role where you'll work across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Roles, and Permission Sets.Support integrations with Oracle EBS and other enterprise platforms.Manage SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.Requirements8+ years' experience delivering Salesforce solutions as a Functional Consultant or Business Consultant.Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (essential).Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud.Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS preferred).Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and documentation skills.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Preferred CertificationsSalesforce Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce AdministratorMarketing Cloud CertificationLife Sciences Cloud Accreditation (desirable)If you're a proactive Salesforce professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high-impact transformation projects, we'd love to hear from you.
