Salesforce Lead developer /Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical

Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote (US/Canada)Description12+ Years of IT Experience with 7+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience and significant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices domain.Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.Translate business requirements into User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and Functional Specifications.Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.Define business processes, workflows, and Salesforce solution requirements.Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions.Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Release activities.Create process flows, wireframes, and business scenarios.Facilitate stakeholder reviews and requirement signoffs.Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.Ensure alignment with Pharma compliance and regulatory requirements.Salesforce Expertise Strong functional knowledge of:Salesforce Health Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service CloudExperience Cloud Marketing Cloud (Preferred)Data Cloud (Preferred) Salesforce CPQ (Preferred)Case Management Workflow & Approval Processes Reports & Dashboards Salesforce Security Model Customer/Partner CommunitiesThe candidate should be capable of identifying declarative Salesforce solutions and collaborating effectively with technical teams for implementation.Pharma Domain
