This business has been using Salesforce for a number of years and are looking to hire someone who can 'own' the Salesforce solution, manage the existing team and help innovate and ensure their Salesforce solution is 'future proof'.They currently use Sales, Service, Experience Clouds as well as mixture of AI tools and technologies that they will want to continue to explore. You, as the ideal candidate will have:- At least 5 years' experience leading a Salesforce team, with direct reports - Proven leadership skills, evidence of training and developing team members- Experience 'owning' the Salesforce platform and being ultimately responsible for the delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business - Technical expertise, with hands on experience in configuration and solution design. - A keen interest in keeping up to date with Salesforce products and wider technology ecosystem.
