Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7-11 YearsNotice Period: Immediate JoinersBusiness Area: Digital & Technology – Marketing TechnologyRole PurposeAs a key member of the Marketing Automation team, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer will design, build, and support scalable marketing automation solutions that enable effective customer communications.

The role translates business requirements into secure, reliable, and reusable capabilities across campaign execution, customer journeys, data management, personalization, and platform integrations.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Digital & Technology teams, Salesforce Sales Cloud teams, and other cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions across the marketing technology ecosystem.What You Will DoSFMC Solution DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, CloudPages, and Personalization capabilities.Build responsive email templates, landing pages, subscription forms, lead forms, gated-content forms, and reusable campaign components.Develop dynamic and personalized customer experiences using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Create and optimize SQL queries for audience selection, segmentation, suppression, reporting, and data processing.Build and schedule automations for data imports, exports, transformations, validations, and triggered communications.Data Integration and Platform EngineeringDesign and manage Data Extensions, contact models, database structures, and data-retention approaches aligned with campaign and business needs.Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud Connect), OneTrust, and other enterprise or third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.Support inbound and outbound data integrations, including secure file transfers, API-based exchanges, and ETL processes.Gather and validate campaign data specifications and translate them into maintainable technical designs.Support reporting and analytics through accurate data preparation and integration with platforms such as Power BI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Quality, Operations, and CollaborationPerform design reviews, code reviews, testing, quality-control checks, and production validation to ensure reliable campaign delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across emails, journeys, automations, forms, data processes, and integrations; support root-cause analysis where required.Work with business and technology teams to gather functional and technical requirements and recommend leading practices.Create and maintain solution designs, process documentation, test plans, operational runbooks, and release communications.Participate in stakeholder meetings, clearly document decisions and action items, and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.Stay current with developments in marketing automation, customer data, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social technologies.Required Experience and CapabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).6+ years of relevant technology experience, including 5+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud products.At least 3 years of hands-on SFMC development experience delivering email, automation, journey, data, and integration solutions.Experience implementing full-lifecycle Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from requirements through production support.Strong hands-on knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and CloudPages; exposure to Mobile Studio and Personalization is beneficial.Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS, with practical experience in SSJS and JavaScript.Strong understanding of relational databases, Marketing Cloud contact data models, Data Extensions, and ETL concepts.Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using Marketing Cloud Connect, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.Working knowledge of preference centers, subscription management, consent management, and suppression controls.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Interested candidates kindly share your updated CV to Gangadhar.B@zettamine.com or WhatsApp to 8977527825.Thanks & Regards,Gangadhar.B
