Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)Job SummarySeeking an SFMC Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign management, customer data management, marketing automation, and multichannel campaign delivery.The role involves solution design, requirements gathering, implementation support, campaign development, deployment, and optimization of marketing programs.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect marketing solutions through requirements analysis and provide marketing insights across program lifecycles.Act as a liaison during technology implementations, providing direction, requirements clarification, testing, and release support.Gather business requirements and design campaign solutions, customer data mappings, and deployment strategies.Develop and enhance marketing capabilities across digital marketing initiatives.Support multichannel marketing programs and help measure marketing return on investment (ROI).Evaluate and implement current digital marketing trends, including mobile integrations, data management, and online/offline channel integration.Participate in pre-sales and sales support activities related to marketing automation solutions.Lead or contribute to large-scale technology implementation and marketing services projects.Deliver end-to-end campaign management solutions independently while following industry best practices.Required SkillsSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Campaign management and customer data management experience.Deep understanding of the marketing promotions lifecycle and supporting technologies.Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle campaign management or Marketing Resource Management (MRM) projects using SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or similar digital marketing platforms.Experience with digital channels, Next Best Action (NBA), event-based campaign triggers, and real-time marketing.Understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture and data models.Knowledge of SAP, IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.Hands-on experience with:Journey BuilderContent BuilderContact BuilderAudience BuilderAutomation StudioEmail StudioMobileConnectREST APIsSOAP APIsThird-party data integrationsExperience with:Send managementSegmentationReportingMicrosite integrationSalesforce integrationA/B testingAMPscriptCloudPagesLanding PagesSmart CaptureHTMLCSSLead managementAccount configurationDynamic contentCustom reportingTriggered sendsAgile and Scrum methodologiesStrong requirement gathering, consulting, and solution recommendation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience developing technical solution proposals including architecture, licensing, configuration, sizing, and scalability recommendations.Experience with custom or packaged campaign management products.Front-end development experience using HTML and CSS.Strong SQL skills and customer data management experience.Administration and installation experience with marketing technology platforms.Exposure to advanced digital marketing capabilities, including personalization technologies, AEM, Autonomy, SEM, SEO, DMP, and third-party ad exchanges.Understanding of second-party and third-party data integration within multichannel campaign environments.Experience with JavaScript, XML, web services, SOAP calls, REST APIs, and integration technologies.Solution architecture experience and understanding of cloud-based marketing and CRM ecosystems.QualificationsProven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign operations.Strong understanding of multichannel marketing platforms and campaign execution.Expertise in marketing automation, customer data management, and campaign delivery.Ability to work independently and deliver complete solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
