With 250+ team members across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and the U.S., we continue to grow.About the RoleIn this role, you will work at the intersection of customer data, audience segmentation, and omnichannel marketing, helping build scalable solutions that connect unified customer data with campaign execution.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.Proven experience delivering solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation, and Salesforce customization.Experience with segmentation, profile data, and audience activation.Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, profile unification, calculated insights, and segmentation.Experience building and optimizing Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and triggered communications.Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and customer data strategy.Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Platform Developer, or related areas.Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
