Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience:· 8–10 years overall IT experience, with minimum 5–6 years in Salesforce development.Core Responsibilities:· Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.· Collaborate with architects on solution design and scalability.· Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.· Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.· Participate in client-facing discussions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide strategic guidance.Skills & Competencies:· Salesforce configuration and customization expertise.· Strong in Apex programming, Lightning components, and integration patterns.· Knowledge of architecture principles, security best practices, and performance optimization.· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Certifications (Preferred):· Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, and progress toward Application Architect.Role Focus:· Acts as a bridge between hands-on development and architectural leadership, ensuring quality delivery and technical excellence.
