Salesforce Technical Lead | ContractWe’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a major Salesforce enhancement programme.This is an initial 6 month contract that will likely extend and be based onsite in Abu DhabiThis is a hands-on Technical Lead role, you’ll provide technical direction and mentor the development team, while remaining actively involved in coding, debugging, deployments and resolving critical production issues.What you’ll be doing:Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team, acting as the technical escalation pointHands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and OmniStudioDesign, build, test and deploy Salesforce enhancementsOwn complex production issues, debugging and root-cause resolutionLead code reviews and ensure strong coding standards and test coverageBuild integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middlewareConfigure and enhance Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilitiesWork with Salesforce CLM, including template development and clause configurationOwn deployments and support improvements to release processesWork closely with Solution Architecture, Product and QA teamsWhat we’re looking for:Strong hands-on Salesforce development experienceExcellent Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex skillsOmniStudio experience is essential – OmniScripts, Integration Procedures and Data MappersSalesforce CLM experienceExperience leading developers, code reviews and technical standardsProduction support / AMS experience, including SLAs and incident managementREST/SOAP integration and API experienceStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data models and governor limitsExperience with E&U Cloud and/or Sales CloudSalesforce Platform Developer I certifiedStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsThis would suit someone who enjoys leading technically while remaining genuinely hands-on with the Salesforce platform.
