Salesforce Technical Lead - Liverpool (Hybrid - 1 day per week) - £80,000Exalto Consulting is recruiting for a Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of a growing Salesforce environment and provide technical leadership across the wider team.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Salesforce technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder management, and platform ownership. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform, driving best practice, governance, and delivery standards.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help define solutions that support business objectives while ensuring the Salesforce environment remains scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. You will lead and mentor Salesforce Developers and Administrators, providing technical guidance across development and solution design.Key responsibilities include owning technical standards and governance, reviewing solutions, supporting roadmap planning, and providing expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, integrations, security, and Salesforce architecture. You will also oversee releases, deployments, platform performance, and production support, ensuring robust processes and controls are maintained.The successful candidate will have a strong Salesforce background covering development, administration, integrations, and platform architecture. Previous experience leading or mentoring Salesforce teams is essential, as is the ability to influence stakeholders and own technical decisions.Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, Salesforce security, Git, CI/CD, and release management is required. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder would be advantageous.Please apply immediately to be considered.
