Role : Salesforce Vlocity Developer / Engineer Type of role - Permanent PositionLocation : Sydney, Melbourne, Victoria, AustraliaJob Description :We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Communication Engineer (Vlocity Dev) to help design, build, and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) platform. This role will focus on enabling end to end digital experiences for customers in the telecom sector through product configuration, guided selling, and order management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Platform Development Develop and customize components using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards). Implement and optimize Industry specific CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes, including product catalogs, pricing logic, and rules. Configure and enhance Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Order Management processes to streamline service activation and delivery. Integration & Data Management Integrate Communication Cloud with external systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, billing, ERP) using Salesforce APIs, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and telecom backend systems. Collaboration & Support Work with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment planning.
