With a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a results-driven professional to support their growing market presence.Job Description:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, manufacturing, and related industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Conduct client visits, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the steel, building materials, manufacturing, or construction industry.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
